QAD产品知识专业考试

Product Knowledge Specialization (PKS) Exam provides QAD customer teams a means of certifying the breadth and depth of their product knowledge. QAD employees and business alliances are also tested by PKS exams to certify their qualification of serving QAD customers.

QAD产品知识专业考试（简称PKS考试），为QAD客户提供了一种测试他们掌握产品知识的广度和深度的专业认证方式。QAD员工和合作伙伴也通过PKS考试来证明他们服务客户的资质。

Exam Details 考试内容

• There are three different PKS exams: Manufacturing, Distribution and Finance.
• Each PKS exam is delivered in two parts. Candidates must pass both parts to be certified.
  • Part 1 tests core functionality and requires hands-on work with the application via VTMS.
  • Part 2 tests extended functionality and is completed without referencing the software.
• All test questions are in English. Test questions may be true/false or multiple choices. Some questions require using QAD Enterprise Applications to enter information and make decisions based on the results.

• QAD提供三种不同内容的认证考试：分销，制造和财务。
• 每门PKS考试分为两部分。考生必须同时通过两部分的考核才能获得认证。
  • 第I部分测试核心功能模块，通过上机操作完成。
  • 第II部分测试扩展功能，通过书面答卷完成。
• 考试使用的语言是英语。考题可能为是非题或多项选择题。有些试题需要用到QAD企业管理应用系统来帮助解答。

Time Allowed for Exam Completion 考试时间

• Customary PKS exam testing time is 6 hours per exam: 4 hours for Part 1, and an additional 2 hours for Part 2. Both parts of the exam will be delivered on the same day.
• Participants who are not fluent in English could request for extra 2 hours to complete each exam. Each part will get 1 extra hour.

• 每门PKS考试的时间为6个小时，其中第一部分4个小时，第二部分2个小时。两部分考试将会被安排在同一天进行。
• 如果考生的英语不够流利，可以申请加试2个小时：第一部分和第二部分各增加1小时答题时间。

Location of Exam 考试地点

PKS Exams are offered at QAD Shanghai Office.

Exam Results 考试结果

• Results can be expected within 3 to 4 weeks from the test date.
• The passing score for each discipline is 70%.
• Test takers with scores between 70% and 85% are awarded Certification of Pass.
• Test takers with scores of 85% or better demonstrate a superior level of knowledge and are awarded Certification with Honors.
• Failure to pass the same discipline three consecutive times requires a six-month waiting period to reschedule for the same discipline.
• All test scores are strictly confidential.

• 考试之后3-4周能得到考试成绩。
• 两部分考题的正确率都达到70%以上才能通过考试。
• 如果正确率在70%到85%之间，可以获得及格证书。
• 如果正确率都在85%以上，则可以获得荣誉证书。
• 同一门考试连续三次未通过，需要6个月之后才能再次参加考试。
• 所有的考试成绩将被严格保密。

Exam Fee 考试费用

• Each exam costs RMB 2,800 per person, and plus 5% Service Tax for RMB payment.
• Exam fee must be paid before exam date.

• 每门考试的费用为人民币2,800元/每人，另加5%的服务税。
• 考试之前必须付清全部的考试费用。

Exam Administration 考试管理

Registration 注册

• Registration MUST be received three weeks prior to the test date.
• An approved P.O. must be submitted with your registration.
• Extra Time Request must be submitted with registration.

• 注册登记必须于考试日期前三周提交。
• 注册同时必须提交经审核确认的P.O。
• 额外考试时间的申请，必须在注册的同时提交到QAD。

Cancellation 取消

• Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any participant who cancels within 10 days before the scheduled exam.
• A 100% cancellation fee will apply to any participant who fails to arrive on the exam date.

• 取消考试的请求需要书面提交。
• 考试日前10天内取消注册，需要支付50%的考试费用。
• 考试日未出席，仍需支付全额的考试费用。
